The Giving Tree is growing in the west lobby of Sts. Peter and Paul and near Mary’s Altar in St. Mary’s! Gifts will be delivered to our own parishioners who are homebound or in care facilities, the retired priests at the St. John Vianney residence, mothers and children at the Mater Filius home, and residents of Immanuel Fontanelle Home. Your generosity will brighten the holiday season for so many! Return wrapped gifts (with the tag attached) to either church on the weekend of December 10 & 11 so they can be inventoried and delivered before Christmas. Thanks to everyone who has already taken a gift tag.
Santa is still looking for a few good elves to help him deliver packages! If you are able to deliver a few packages to parishioners in the neighborhood or to a care facility, sign Santa’s list near the Giving Tree. Students who are earning service hours at their schools are also welcome to deliver gifts. Gifts can be delivered at your convenience any time between December 19 and December 24.
El “Giving Tree” está creciendo en el vestíbulo oeste de San Pedro y Pablo y cerca del Altar de María en Santa Maria! Los obsequios se entregarán a nuestros propios feligreses que están confinados en sus hogares o en centros de atención, los sacerdotes jubilados en la residencia St. John Vianney, las madres y los niños en el hogar Mater Filius y los residentes del Hogar Immanuel Fontanelle. ¡Su generosidad alegrará la temporada navideña para tantos! Los estudiantes que están acumulando horas de servicio en sus escuelas también pueden entregar obsequios.
